Aquaponics - Tutorial - How To - Cycling

In this video I show the way that I began my cycling process. I tested the water and I added a product called Amino Alpha. Its a liquid seaweed extract that also contains urea. Urea is a source of ammonia, so it gave my system a jump-start with the cycling process. The method I use is called fishless cycling, because I introduce the fish later after the bacteria are already established and stabilized. This assures that my fish have good quality water to live in.
